Our consulting team provides no-charge on-site assessments to thoroughly evaluate the existing workflow, inventory, and par levels of healthcare facilities. During these assessments, we engage in detailed discussions on potential alternative workflows and conduct an initial equipment review, providing valuable insights for optimizing facility operations. As each healthcare facility is unique, we consider alternative workflows that have been successful in other settings while keeping the customer's facility as a distinct entity.
Space and Workflow Analysis
When considering storage options, factors such as cubic square footage, vertical and horizontal storage, and inventory accessibility are crucial. Depending on the specific needs of the facility, our focus may be to maximize storage space or to enhance both storage and accessibility. Alternatively, a combination of both approaches may be required, with a potential allocation split of 60/40 to accommodate future inventory growth.
